Returning with delight to perform in their home town, Matthew McKinney and Catherine Duncan will perform art songs by Schubert, Duparc, Loewe, Rachmaninov, and Clarke, imbued with the themes of folklore, mythology and nature and inspired by the Faery Bridge that crosses the Allan not far from Dunblane Cathedral. Schubert's song 'Die Forelle' will set the scene for the festival finale, with its performance of his much loved 'Trout' quintet.
